Former professional players and friends from different parts of Cape Town/ South Africa/the World, Football gave us a lasting Friendship. The gift/talent and love for Football took us to different parts of SA,even abroad but this didn’t stop us from remaining in contact and following each others careers. We celebrate each other and have formed a certain type of relationship, that is rare in Football, as we all come from similar backgrounds. We realize, that kids need role models and aspiring footballers need to be educated on how Professional Football and a Healthy Lifestyle, can impact not only their life but the lives of people around or close to them. We are by no means Legends, we are just a bunch of guys that used our gift and built Character along the way, which was needed to sustained us. We are about sharing our Experiences, Devotion and Football Knowledge, as we continue to keep fit by having the odd football match together. We want to be driven by the Vision of seeing Talented Footballers become great men on and off the field. The memories of the past brings joy but the Future excites us even more, as we dig deep into our friendship formed through football.

In September 2025, the RH7 Soccer Development Centre was established.

Here kids from all over Cape Town, can come and train the Fundamental skills needed in soccer under the guidance of Rowan and his Goalkeeper Coach.

RH7 Soccer Consultancy Company is about giving Honest advice, sharing Knowledge and Coaching methods, not only with Players but Clubs and Coaches as well. Rowan Hendricks, who is a Qualified Coach, has a CAF A Coaching License and has acquired the experience and knowledge to be able to Share it with those in need through.

Aimed to provide expert advice, tailored strategies and training / coaching to individuals, teams, soccer clubs and schools to enhance their improvement and performance.
