Exercising can be physically demanding but it can be done indoors or outdoors, in various forms while having fun in different environments. Here each individual can exercise and have Fun while increasing their strength, endurance, agility and balance along with his or her mental control while they meet people from all walks of life, enjoy breathtaking sights, great restaurants and food/ beverages tasting.
How does one benefit from these exercises?
RH7 Travel Adventures Combines outings with Cardio workouts, Strength and Endurance. During a single session, he or she, young and old will benefit and this will be evident in the boosting of their heart rate, building of muscle and developing stamina. The upper body strength is built by pulling oneself up when needed, while the legs and core build muscle as the body strives to find balance.
The different benefits of doing Climbing, Hiking, Trail Runs and Cardio Workouts
Strengthens and tones muscles:
As the exercises will require several different muscles groups to be engaged during the workout. Abs, obliques, delts, traps, biceps, lats, quads, calves …virtually all major muscles groups are incorporated in even a single expedition.
Climbing
Increases flexibility in your range of motion. The flexibility and adaptility is required when climbers have to reach, leap and climb to handholds and footholds usually far from a comfortable distance.
Mental strength in Navigating routes, which demands an Adventurer to judge their individual abilities, such as reach, strength required to complete the next step, current energy levels and route planning. Also requires hand-eye coordination necessary for an Adventurer to judge what he or she sees and how to reach it.
Reduces stress by increasing levels of norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter in the body that aids in releasing stress. Adventurers oftentimes become immersed in the flow of the activity enabling them to become consumed in the activity of reaching, climbing and leaping, creating as sense of ecstasy. Outdoor activities has also been proven to further lower stress levels as climbers are more exposed to the sun and Vitamin D.
